Longjin is a Chinese manufacturing enterprise that places great emphasis on environmental protection and low-carbon practices. It has R&D and manufacturing bases in multiple provinces and holds several R&D patents. The plastic formworks are the final link in the entire production chain.
The first production line in China dedicated to the physical recycling and utilization of retired wind turbine blades has been successfully established. Through this process, discarded blades from wind power generation equipment are systematically cut, crushed, and screened to extract valuable materials such as glass fibers and resin-based particles.
The recovered glass fibers can be directly reused, while the resin-based particles, after fine grinding, are further processed via extrusion or molding techniques to manufacture plastic building formworks. These formworks exhibit superior mechanical properties, including high strength, excellent tensile and bending resistance, and are free from harmful substances like formaldehyde.

Recently, we have established a cooperation with China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. This company is a national-level enterprise at the central level and is responsible for undertaking construction projects of a national scale. So they place great emphasis on the environmental friendliness and aesthetic appeal of the materials used. In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, they chose to use Longjin plastic formwork.
The high flatness and the absence of toxic gas emissions of the Longjin plastic formwork after demolding have received feedback and recognition from customers. Meanwhile, our over 30 mold-replacement operations have successfully helped them save more than 40% of the formwork costs.
